Engaging Science Students with 21st Century Tools

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Let’s get students excited about science! This session will explore how to make the classroom more engaging (thanks to flipping!) and increase student collaboration. In this class the students will be their own teachers by creating blogs, video labs and using various iPad Apps and Google Apps. All of these will have an emphasis on designing experiments (to support the new science standards) while increasing writing in the science classroom to support Common Core standards.
